bulletStandard requirements

All SEMS artists should be provided with good overhead lighting (or other suitable lighting set-up for the concert), and adequate heating in changing rooms and performance area from the beginning of the rehearsal.

Quimantu Stage Layout (own PA).doc

Quimantu Stage Layout (venue PA).doc

bulletComplimentary Tickets

TBA.

bulletMeals

A light meal and hot drinks for the artists should normally be provided by the promoter. Please provide water and some glasses in the dressing room and on the stage. Please provide sandwiches (including vegetarian option) and fruit - leave in green room/backstage for during/after the performance. If a cooked meal is provided we would prefer that after the performance. Coca-Cola, orange juice, and 2 bottles of red wine are also requested.

bulletTravel/Accomodation

If accommodation is provided we would prefer not to use home stays. Single rooms should be provided unless it is completely unavoidable and other arrangements are agreed in advance.

The group travels in three cars, and will need parking for their vehicles, plus one by train, who may need picking up from the station.

A clear map or directions to the venue must be provided, including full address and postcode, and should arrive no later than two weeks before the event. The map is most convenient if sent by e-mail - please send it to SEMS and we will forward it.
