Having filled it in, please email or post it to us - our contact details are here. Your booking dates will be offered to the artists in preference order. What SEMS expects from host promotersWe expect that the promoter will pay South East Music Schemes in full including Artists' expenses on presentation of an invoice within 14 days of the date of the concert. Each performer, artist or group has special requirements according to the demands of each particular concert. These requirements are outlined in the artists' information on this website and detailed in the contract issued by SEMS. In general the performers' requirements are not onerous – a warm and secure changing room – a light meal, directions to the venue – that sort of thing. However they may include detailed technical information in some cases and it is advisable to read them carefully before signing and returning the contract. We expect promoters to provide for the needs of the artists unless prior alternative arrangements have been agreed through SEMS with the artists. We also expect promoters to complete any data requests about the concerts we have assisted in organising. This is to ensure that accurate records of our work are made and to strengthen any applications we make on behalf of the Artists. Accreditation of SEMS and use of SEMS logoSEMS makes it a condition of booking that acknowledgement of SEMS is made on all publicity. The preferred method is via the logo plus a website address www.semusic.co.uk
Alternative accreditation in words can be given and the preferred version is:
